A Message from the Universe ~ Adaptability is Key!

Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to pull your focus back to the present and be flexible.

You may have been dwelling on the past or planning for the future a little too much recently, and the present is in need of your attention. There might not even be something that needs doing. You just might need to stop dwelling or overthinking things that aren’t currently under your control.

What you have learned from your past is no longer relevant to the person you’ve become and any plans for the future will change regularly as they evolve and new information becomes available. You may need to be still for awhile and flow with today’s energy. I’ll link a YouTube meditation below (website only) that will help to ground you in the present.
