A Message from the Universe ~ Feeling a Little Down?

Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that everything, even grief, runs in cycles.

Some of you may be wondering why something tugs at your heart and tears today when you thought you already worked through it. For you, it is good to remember that our shadow work will make an appearance periodically so we can process it through the lens of who we have become. Similarly, there are always some feelings that will come back to us from time to time, like the grief we feel with the death of a loved one. Time does soften the blow but it doesn’t erase the love or the grief.

Some of you might not know why you feel the way you do and that’s ok! Sometimes we just need a little self-care but it’s always good to understand that things like hormones and mental illness run in cycles too. You might be feeling down today but remember that it will cycle back up, even if you might need a little help to get there. Give yourself some extra love today! Play hookey from work, stay on the couch in your underwear and eat junk all day, contact a friend and get your nails done. Let yourself feel whatever you need without trying to stuff it down because it needs release and the space to work itself out.
