Today’s Message from the Universe encourages you to follow your bliss.

Let your heart lead you on this journey to a life of your own creation. This path is paved with inspiration and love. Happiness is not a destination but will be a more frequent state of mind if you put away what you think you “should” do. Others will certainly shake their heads and wonder what is wrong with you, but they can only see through the lens of what they have experienced.

As you learn to let old expectations and paradigms fall away, you will find the road less traveled is actually easier than using the directions you were given. You get to make your own rules to a certain extent and everything you do is colored by the peace you feel when taking this path. Of course, there are always hardships but they’re much easier to bear when you’re in a good state of mind. I can’t even tell you how much time I put into my work. It rarely feels like work, so I am usually doing it in what one would call my downtime.

This message is also very important when going through an awakening or recovering from a big life change. It’s only painful if you try to hold on to the rubble from that crumbling tower that is your former life. Let it go with love and gratitude in your heart, and stay open to the new thoughts and experiences that will help you to build a strong foundation. A strong foundation is stable and sustainable; it is the heart of the life you are creating.
