When we lose a loved one or a precious thing, we have a tendency tighten our grip on whatever it is that we have left, even if it’s just a memory. The universe is now asking you to open up in order to allow energy and love to flow freely. Release, with love, that which you guard so adamantly. When you allow this release, you invite healing energy, love, and lightheartedness to dance with you. You’ve carried such a heavy weight, it’s time to let your inner child have some play-time.
