A Message from the Universe ~ Kissing Frogs and Sensitivity
Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that the best of things are often hidden within or beneath things that aren’t so pretty.
The more you seek out the shiny things, the more the truly beautiful things will evade you. You may be thinking about choosing the pretty or easy thing that you know won’t last instead of the plain or even ugly choice that holds far better just beneath the surface. If this is the case then today’s advice is to try kissing the frog instead.
There is also an element of sensitivity here as well. You may be feeling more sensitive than usual or trying your hardest to not be the “overly” sensitive person that you are. You only think you’re overly sensitive because someone else made you feel that way, likely someone who throws temper tantrums when they don’t get their way. Feel what you need to feel because you feel this way for a reason, even if that reason is exhaustion, frustration, or hormones. You will feel so much better when you get it out!
Still another way that today’s message touches on is for those of you who are having a difficult time dealing with the emotions of those around you. You can’t always remove yourself from other people’s energy so you need to build up the tools you use to deal with these energies. Personally, I am fond of blasting good music directly into my brain with a pair of headphones. Sometimes I pretend I’m a Carebear. I change the crap energy into love and blast it out to the offending person or situation. What’s in your toolbox?
Song of the Day may be offensive to some, so listen with discretion.
