You may roll your eyes and tell yourself you don’t have time or energy for it, but we make time for what’s important to us. Maybe you don’t think you’re a creative person, but we are all creative. Creativity is not just things like painting or writing. It’s problem solving and daydreams, doodles, and cooking. It’s learning about a subject that interests you, self-care, and rearranging your space. Most of all, it’s allowing yourself to be still and present in order to let your brain wander. This is the space where art and invention reside. I’ll add a link below that will give you a few more ideas.
