Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to examine your relationship with sexuality and creativity.
We’ve all been raised with certain beliefs surrounding our sexuality that don’t always fit with our preferences. You may feel like you are somehow a bad person, believing that premarital or homosexual sex is evil. It’s also possible that you might use sex to escape reality or as a method of finding the love you need in your life. You might even be afraid due to past trauma or current physical ailments.
Whatever your relationship with sex and intimacy, there is a need to seek balance in this area of your life. There are a surprising amount of medical benefits associated with sex, and orgasms in particular, such as stress relief and better sleep. Abstaining from sex can help to infuse that energy into creative projects and clear up thought processes. Whether you are beginning to look into your beliefs and patterns, do a little energy work, or just need a little something to help you sleep tonight, this is the time to focus on finding balance in your sacral chakra.
