Today’s Message from the Universe suggests you utilize your anger rather than stuffing it down or letting it run the show.

A volcano may destroy anything in its path, but it also creates land and is known to be incredibly fertile. Use your anger to fuel the creation of something new in your life. Let it help you stand up for yourself and create much-needed boundaries.

This is a powerful energy so the best way to deal with it is not to try to control it, but to direct it. Of course, you’ll want to make sure not to speak or act in a way you might regret later. You might first want to take a walk or do a little journaling to figure out the best plan of action or outlet for this force. Don’t underestimate the council of a good friend or family member who can help you see beyond the anger.
