Today’s Message from the Universe recommends you explore your relationship with fear.
Despite popular belief, fear is not a bad thing. Uncomfortable? Yes, but not bad. Our fear informs us and gives us energy to use for physical tasks. Of course, we don’t have the best relationship with our fear. It’s used against us just about every minute of every day by the media we consume and the conversations we have with others.
The biggest problem is that it’s actually addicting. Fear makes cortisol, a stress hormone, pump through your body. This directs all your energy into areas needed for fight or flight while functions like digestion only do what is absolutely necessary. The more cortisol you make, the more your body wants it. Stress and anxiety now easily become the norm.
It’s time to examine your fears to figure out what’s a real threat and what isn’t. Just that little bit of reflection should help to filter some of those fears out. With the rest, you can decide what circumstances you can and can’t control.
What fears do you need to face? Which fears are legit? Can you look at the real fears in a way that facilitates solutions and adaptability? Mindset is everything here. Take your power back!
Today's Message from the Universe reminds you that there will always be someone who tries to steer you in a different direction. Your path...Today's Crystals...
