Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you not to fight the change you’ve been working so hard for.

Sounds a little ridiculous, right? But we’ve all been there and sometimes don’t even realize that what is happening is exactly what we wanted. It’s just uncomfortable and often downright scary because that is the nature of change. Whether you’re subconscious is trying to sabotage your efforts or you feel like you’re incapable of handling the new stuff that comes your way, this message is for you.

Remember that even the smallest of changes require a period of adjustment and learning. This is no small change and it’s perfectly normal to doubt yourself and even feel stupid. Respond to these thoughts and feelings as if they were coming from a child who is scared to start their first day of school. Tell yourself it’s ok to feel this way and remind yourself, out loud or in writing, of all the good things that can come of this. You will learn and acclimate to this change in no time.

Be careful of making decisions out of fear or any big emotions, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and take some deep breaths if you find yourself starting to get frustrated. You have worked so hard for this! Don’t let beginner’s jitters get to you and, most importantly, find and really push the feeling of gratitude for everything. This includes the difficulties that put you on this path and made you who you are.
