A New Blessing is on its Way, Are you Grateful for the Blessings you Already Have?

You are blessed and the drawing of this card indicates more is on the way. Keep in mind, if you are unable to acknowledge and be grateful for what you already have, chances are you’re not going to appreciate what’s coming.

Blessings are not something you work for or even deserve, but you might have to work at perceiving them, especially when you’ve been bogged down by unfortunate circumstances. This is why we are told to count our blessings. It’s not to minimize your pain, it’s to help you remember that there is good even when some things aren’t so good. It helps to open you or keep you open to more of the good things in life. It shines a light in that dark tunnel.

Whatever your current situation and state of mind, make counting your blessings an every day habit. Don’t just think of a few people or things and move on though. Write them down and sit with them. Focus on your gratitude, think of what they add to your life. The more grateful your heart, the more future blessings will bring joy rather than a moment of relief.
