Feeling Some Type of Way? A Message for the Collective

You might be feeling exhausted or burnt out. You could be feeling like all your effort has been wasted or that you’re not capable of giving someone or something the attention they need. Maybe you feel physically or emotionally low, even extra irritable, seemingly without reason.

This is a temporary but necessary state that is calling you to rest and evaluate how you are using your energy. Are you fighting your circumstances or are you using them to inspire creative and sustainable ways to move forward? Are you being reactive, making decisions based on panic or anger?

Not one of us wants to be told to be patient, but that is what’s necessary at this time. If you build your foundations too quickly, chances are that the quality will suffer. You don’t want to get all this work done then have it collapse in on you because you chose instant gratification over intentional cultivation.

This isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon, so make sure you factor in the rest and reevaluation needed to make it to the finish line. Big things are coming but right now you need to breathe and center.
