Message from the Universe ~Emotional Balance & Facing Fears
Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to check in with your emotions.
You may have been so focused on your financial or other practical endeavors that you haven’t really been taking care of your emotional and/or spiritual well-being. You may be throwing yourself into your work in order to avoid the meltdown you believe will occur if you give in to your emotions. It’s also possible that you’re in the midst of an emotional whirlwind at this time. Maybe you’ve been rather numb due to depression or the walls you built to protect yourself.
Whatever you may be feeling, or not feeling, emotional balance is needed for physical health and wholeness. Given the song that came through when drawing these cards, I’d say this message is particularly loud with a warning for you to not sabotage someone or something good because you’re afraid of getting hurt. Blocking the “bad” emotions also blocks the “good” ones.
However this imbalance shows up in your life, I do believe that it’s necessary for you to face whatever it is that you’re avoiding. Only then can you be rid of the burden you’ve carried for so long, Give someone or something a chance without waiting for something to mess it up. Let yourself enter that scary place where tears are made, and give yourself some relief as the tears cleanse you. Some of you may need to recruit a friend or counselor to help you move through this, and some of you may just need to put on a sappy movie to get the emotional juices flowing.
