Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you not to make decisions or take action when emotions are high.

You’ve been busting your tail too hard to let impatience or a bad day unravel all that hard work. You have already created such love and peace in your heart, it takes a little time and a consistent effort to help it continue to show in the 3D. Watch your words and thoughts because what you focus on is what you will attract.

There is a big need to have compassion for yourself and to acknowledge the fact that you’re not at all any of the bad things you’ve been telling yourself all your life. Those are the voices of others. Give yourself a little extra care today. Stay away from the news and limit your social media time. You need to create or do something nice for yourself today. Look at your current situation with self-love and compassion. You know there is no such thing as a perfect anything so cut yourself a little slack, and allow yourself to be terrible at something because that’s the first step in learning anything new.
