Today’s Message from the Universe suggests you might need a little help from someone who’s already been where you are.

You know what you’re trying to do but you do not have the information you need in order to do it. Stop trying to do it alone. Enough with the anxiety-filled nights and running back to the very thing you’re trying to get away from. Seek out people who’ve been there and ask what helped them through and revamp your method. There may be a lot of trial and error here because everybody is different, so don’t get discouraged, apply, assess, tweak, repeat. You got this!!!
