You’ve been in your head a little too much lately. Maybe you’ve got a decision to make, maybe you’ve made some sort of decision and are having a hard time trying to figure out the best way to move towards it. Either way, that endless back and forth in your brain is not doing you a favor.

This is where people tell you to look within for answers or go with your gut but it’s never quite that easy, is it? That’s because no matter what we choose or how we make that decision, our brain will always have nasty things to say about it. That’s kind of it’s thing.

Take a moment now to listen to your breath and try to quiet that constant narrative in your head. Think about the basics of those choices and pay attention to what you feel underneath that fear. Maybe try to imagine the outcomes as they would be of everything went right. Of course nothing in life goes as planned but this will help to make the fear a little quieter.

Remember that when you’ve put so much thought into something there are no right or wrong decisions. Any path you chose will have it’s own positive and negative aspects so allow your gut and heart to help make that choice. You know once you’ve actually made a choice you will feel so much better!
