Time to Debunk Some of those Fears and Nurture your Dreams

As with last week’s message, we are urged to be still at this time. Do not let your panic or the urgency of others cause you to make an unwise decision or a move for which you are not quite ready.

Now is the time to explore all those little half-formed thoughts in your brain. See what they look like when fully formed without trying to slap a good/bad label on them.

These bits are usually no more than a generalized fear of sorts and are often easily debunkable when examined with care. Sometimes these bits are the beautiful beginning of an idea or seed that needs a bit more time and attention to take root and eventually bear fruit.

Shedding some light on the chatter in your brain is crucial to understanding who you are and what needs nurturing. This is where our destructive habits are born and our dreams are cultivated. Heal the broken parts of yourself with compassion while you feed your heart with gratitude and hope.

As always, keep your focus on what you want to grow in your life instead of what you fear or want to avoid. Your thoughts create your reality so take care.
