Why So Serious? A Message for the Collective
While you may be dealing with serious things, it is important to remember that a lighthearted or humorous approach makes a big difference.
Whatever you’re working on, being hard on yourself is not helpful. Yes, we take pride in our grind but we should set and maintain our well-being as a priority. If you’re burning the candle at both ends, you will undoubtedly keep your goal just out of reach. You know what it’s like to be in the flow and that is precisely where you need to return.
Stop, take some deep breaths, and step away from your work. Your frustration only keeps you from the answers you seek.
You know how you might tear your house apart looking for something only to finally find it once you give up? That’s the kind of energy we’re dealing with here. You need to refresh yourself so you can align and flow with your work instead of fighting it.
Call a friend, listen to music that makes you feel good, watch a little stand-up comedy, and/or recite your affirmations. Clear your energy and get into a higher vibration. Once you feel better, you can get back to work to find that big challenge had a simple solution. You just needed to step away in order to see it!

Here’s a nice little guided meditation to help get you back in the flow 🙂
