Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that you have an abundance of untapped potential.
While we must play the hand we are dealt, some of our most valuable cards are buried in the deck, still waiting to be drawn. We must first work through and discard some of the cards that keep us from drawing something better.
When and where you were born, who your parents were, people you’ve known, all the terrible and wonderful things you’ve experienced – all these things helped to shape who you are but they don’t have to determine the ever-changing “you” that you are becoming. In fact, our environment and experience usually serve to bury some of our better talents, gifts, and potential. Chances are that you have been, throughout your life, interested in things you dare not try for fear of failure or judgment from others. Those others don’t have to walk in your shoes and are likely acting or judging based on their own fears and insecurities.
You may have even wished you could do something but thought that you just aren’t any good at it. Of course you’re not good at it, people aren’t usually born knowing how to do the things they love, they try, practice, and try again, over and over while getting better with each turn. Give yourself the opportunity to try and fail all the things you’ve been curious about.
We all spend a good portion of our lives trying to fit in and do the things we’re” supposed” to do, it is now time to allow yourself to do the things you know aren’t going to be popular with the people in your life and even (especially) your society. As you allow yourself to be more “you”, others who feel the same will be inspired to be their authentic selves. This is how you call your tribe to you and possibly even change the world.
