Today’s Message from the Universe speaks of forgiveness and boundaries.
You may have recently decided to forgive someone or release yourself from the difficult energies that an old connection created in you. You are being reminded that forgiveness is for your own well being and does not mean you condone the shitty actions of another or even yourself. Forgiveness is simply releasing the hold this person or action had on you. Often times, we must forgive ourselves for all the should haves and could ofs that tumble around in our heart and head. It is done.
It is now time to re-draw boundaries and redefine your relationship to that person or yourself. Maybe you tell them what lines they may not cross and maybe you learn to say “no” or assert yourself better. As with most things, saying “no” and creating boundaries gets easier with practice.
However this energy shows up for you, it’s time to clear the air. You might want to break out your journal and/or have a conversation and it’s a good idea to intentionally cleanse yourself and your physical space. The “you” you are is quite different from the “you” you were so give yourself a little space and grace to work through this.
