Some Much-Needed Rest ~ A Message from the Universe

Today’s Message from the Universe indicates an opportunity to catch up on some much-needed rest!

These past couple of months, and especially the last few weeks, have marked an especially busy time for the collective and we know that the coming holiday season may call for more of the same. Thankfully the energy of this week brings an opportunity to slow down for a bit to allow us to refill our empty cup.

Here’s the thing though, it’s an opportunity that needs to be grasped. It’s not just going to happen, especially if you keep pushing and piling more onto your plate. Also, catching up on much-needed sleep is not all that this rest entails. It includes good quality downtime, both alone and time with those who fill your cup.

Even screentime might be good if you aren’t consuming stuff that plays on your fears or insecurities and many of you might need to give your brain a break so make sure it’s light 🙂
