Today’s Message From the Universe reminds you that your mindset creates your reality.

I hope you had a chance to catch up on your rest and downtime last week because this week is going to go pretty fast!

Your inner dialogue

Your life and your ability to effect the change you desire relies heavily on your mindset and it’s not always easy to keep that mindset focused on the right things. It’s easy to let even the distant past create unhelpful dialogue in your head and even easier to let the voice of self-doubt become louder than everything else.

I believe that this week’s energy will be quite helpful in facilitating that healthy inner dialogue but you must be intentional about it.

Helpful suggestions

I also believe that logic will be helpful in this matter. When you’re feeling emotional about a matter, you’re likely not in a position to make good decisions. Your emotions may tell you you’re not capable of the things that you’re trying to create but logic says that many others have done this, including others with similar limitations.

I feel like some of you might benefit from using affirmations. It sounds silly and feels ridiculous at first but there is very real science behind this practice. Using daily affirmations creates new pathways in your brain that makes it easier to believe these things.

There is also a full moon on Friday so even a few days before or after is a great time to do something to help you intentionally release some of the past people, situations, beliefs, and even coping mechanisms that no longer serve you.

One of my favorite ways to do this is to write them down, visualize their release, and burn the paper, watching the smoke carry these old energies away.

For those of you who are dealing with lingering energy from a person, I highly suggest meditating and/or creating a ceremony that revolves around cord-cutting. Forgiveness of yourself and others may also be helpful at this time. Set an intention to not allow them to take up your valuable energy and space in your thoughts.

Wrapping up

This week’s energy is super high for manifestation so watch your thoughts! If you’re focused on what you fear or what you don’t want, then that is exactly what you will get. Focus on what you want; visualize it and feel it! Allow the past to fall away as you enjoy the present and build your future with loving hands 💙
