A Tarot-based energy forecast for the week ahead 🙂
It’s possible that you may have been in hermit mode a little too long and might be having a little bit of a problem with the transition. This feels to me like overwhelm, especially for those of you with sensory issues and/or social anxiety. For others, it may just come in the form of avoiding something you know needs doing.
It’s all too easy to stay in your comfy little bubble but be honest, it’s getting a little stagnant, right?
The good news is that this overwhelm will pass if you give yourself the opportunity to work with it. As someone who also deals with social anxiety and sensory issues, I can tell you that the more you avoid doing the thing, the harder it becomes to do it or even think about doing it. This is one of those things that gets better with practice and repetition.
It’s a muscle you can exercise and tone up!
Some of you might handle it best by jumping right in and getting it over with while others will do better doing little bits at a time. It will likely be a good idea to enlist the help of a friend or a professional as well. Don’t underestimate the power of music either, or a good pair of noise-cancelling headphones. It’s more than ok to enlist whatever tools you think will be helpful!
