Today’s Message From the Universe indicates a need to go with the flow.
You might be a little frustrated with a particular project or person, feeling like you’re unable to figure out how to swing things the way you think they should be. You might be stuck, unable to figure out what your next best step may be, or you may just be in need of a break.
While there are plenty of times when we must push, this is not one of them.
Sometimes you have to just let things be what they are and flow wherever the current is trying to bring you. It may feel like you’re letting go of something important but it’s not really letting it go in this case, it’s more like letting it breathe.
Accept it for what it is and allow your focus to drift wherever it feels like drifting at the moment.
Letting yourself be open and flexible in this way might just be the space your mind and intuition need to facilitate a creative solution. You may even begin to tread a path that may be a little more aligned with your needs.
This feels like an opportune time to create for the sake of creating as well.
Creating in most forms is also a form of meditation, a state of being that rejuvenates the heart and mind. Getting into that zero-pressure creative space is one of the best ways to reconnect with self and spirit. It’s in these spaces that our logical brain gets to work behind the scenes without our wants and needs mucking things up.
There is also an element here of adjusting your processes and schedules to fit your current energy.
We can get a little too attached to our routines, not quite understanding why we are feeling more drained or stressed than we normally do. Sometimes you just need more rest than usual or may have more energy than you’re accustomed to. Our energy levels ebb and flow and it’s always best to ebb and flow with them.
However this energy shows up for you, go with it!
