Today’s Message from the Universe confirms the passage of your suffering.
Don’t get me wrong, life will always have it’s hardships but you’re learning to avoid making things more difficult for yourself. You’ve put so much hard work into becoming your best self and you feel it now. Those around you sense it even if they don’t know what “it” is.
Remember that what’s to come will require you to create and learn new coping tools. What worked before was helpful for who you were, not for who you are becoming.
Try to notice when you react to things in a way that you know is no longer helpful to you now. You’ll be surprised how many old behaviors seem to happen automatically! Once you begin to notice these things, you’ll get better at spotting them and replacing them with healthier behaviors. The key words stuck in my mind right now are “baby steps”.
Take it slow because there will be plenty of trial and error as you navigate your way through these newly discovered waters. You will need to assess and edit a lot right now.
