Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to change things up.
You might be having a hard time adjusting to a big change or are trying to initiate one. Today’s message indicates that making small changes to your routines and patterns will be quite helpful in bringing in or adjusting to the big changes. Take a different route to work, try a new food, tweak your morning routine, or move your furniture around. Making small adjustments will help you to be more open and adaptable to the big stuff.
Changing things up in your environment will be especially helpful at this time. If you want to quit something, make it difficult for you to get to it. If you want to add a new healthy habit, place what you need to do it as close to you and accessible as possible. For example, if you want to cut down on the junk food you eat, don’t buy it when you do your grocery shopping. Make it so you have to actually get up and go out to get it.
If you want to journal more, figure out when and where you’re most likely to do it and keep your journaling supplies in that general area where you can see them. Add your new habit to a habit that already exists, like journaling while you have that first cuppa in the morning or add it to your bedtime routine. I keep pens and paper everywhere then add my entries into a folder or binder so I don’t have to grab a specific notebook.
