Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that real strength is not about brute force, especially concerning a difficult conversation.
There is some form of communication that is called for here. You may need to have a difficult conversation or have taken part in such a discussion recently, or you may be called to show others what good leadership looks like. Whether you’re setting an example for your children or trying to enact change at work, you are being reminded that how you speak or act is every bit as important as what you say.
Trying to force a situation will only make things more difficult and if you’re on the receiving end of this show of force, resistance is not the best option. What is needed right now is truthful but kind communication and I strongly feel that framing this as a request for help will bring about the best outcome. Even the most obstinate of people, including kids, become much softer if they feel they are being helpful. When you ask for help, they have no reason to become defensive.
For some of you, it’s likely that this situation may involve a group of people. Make sure you figure out or organize a plan of action. This way you can “assign” roles to everyone involved. You can allow your team members (or family!) to choose their own role if possible but the idea here is that everyone knows what they’re doing so that they can function efficiently and harmoniously.
