Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that fear and vulnerability are a healthy part of any new start.

I’m generally not a fan of “fake it till you make it” but, in this case, it can be very useful. Faking it is not generally helpful if that’s the side you are showing others but it goes a long way in helping you to shift your brain from fear to excitement.

Stay open and eager to learn all the things that come with this new cycle or pattern, remember that there is a difference between constructive criticism and insulting or controlling behavior.

Take notes, ask questions, and express gratitude to anybody who is helping or teaching you. You might even have to remind yourself and that critical voice in your head that you’re not stupid, just learning.
