You’ve accomplished far more than you might think! Take some time today to really see and feel the difference you’ve made in your life as well as the lives of others.
Treat yourself to a little celebration for the progress you’ve made and add in some much needed self-care. Use this feeling as fuel to help propel you through more progress with a sense of accomplishment and hope in your heart! It might also be helpful to make a “Done” list each day or each week to help you see and feel your progress as you go.
