Today’s Message from the Universe, again, advises you to ask for help.
You might be battling something that has a hold on your emotional body, and/or you may need some help to get you back on your feet or put things in order after a particularly difficult time.
As I said the other day, put that pride away and ask for help. It will not be a burden to them and, even if it’s difficult, they will be happy that they’re able to help you. They are a part of your village and you may one day be able to help them when they need it.
If you are battling depression and/or addiction, please reach out to a professional. Even if you must wait a while to be seen, set that appointment and call a friend or family member to help you, even if it’s just sitting with you in silence.
