Today’s Message from the Universe urges you to open to the abundance all around you!
Financial prosperity is usually what comes to mind for most of us when we think of the word “abundance,” but there is so much more to it! Abundance is about all the things, large and small, that fill our proverbial cups.
Abundance is new love and old friends, a child’s belly laugh, and those enthusiastic kisses that only puppies are capable of. It’s the neighbor who has sugar when you’ve run out and that stranger whose day became so much brighter just because you smiled so warmly at them.
The thing with abundance, though, is that it can be quite easy to overlook, especially if we’re focused on what we feel we are missing. The hard truth is that how you see the world and if you perceive the abundance all around you depends entirely on you. Look for the awful stuff and you’re going to find it but the same applies to all the good stuff!
Of course, if you’ve been viewing the world through the lens of fear or lack for most of your life, it’s not exactly easy to turn that around. As with anything, finding the abundance that surrounds you will become easier with practice. This is where gratitude comes in, also known as counting your blessings.
Intentionally seeking out things to be grateful for calls in more of the same. This opens you up to see the details and opportunities that are easily missed when you’re busy trying to protect yourself from getting hurt or doubting your ability and worth. How can you experience the best of life when you are too afraid to even try?
