Helloooo beautiful souls!

I was recently asked about my Messages from the Universe, specifically regarding whether the Universe gives me the words I write or if they are my own words. I see it as a co-creation, a little bit from both me and whatever unseen forces involve themselves with the lives of us humans.

When I shuffle my cards, I am asking the Universe and my spirit team for guidance. As I view the cards, I get a feeling for their context then I use my own words and experience to write the message. Occasionally I will hear specific words or see a picture of what the message is trying to convey.

That being said, my own experience is an important part of this equation. These kinds of things only work if you are capable of not only interpreting them but also understanding what it feels like to be in such situations.

I frequently write about creating your life instead of letting it create you because I’ve experienced both. A person can go their entire lives just letting life happen to them and I think most of us start out this way.

We decide to create our future when we realize where we are is not where we want to be AND believe that we are capable of changing it. It sounds simple but anyone who’s been there can tell you that it’s far from easy to do. However, it is so much more than possible!

Take some time to think about what your life would look like if there were no limits to what you could do then make it your top priority to get as close to that dream as possible. What will it take for you to get there? How can you break it up into smaller, more manageable steps? This is how your dreams become goals and goals become reality.

You may find that you are capable of far more than you thought. Your future may not even look like you pictured it but every step towards this goal is a moment of joy and inspiration to take the next step. This is your opportunity to enjoy the present while building your future!

I have been quite busy and enjoying the process of building my own future. Things have slowed back down to their usual pace but even when I’m a little too busy, I’m doing what I love so it doesn’t even feel like work most of the time 🙂

What I’m Reading

Still listening to these audiobooks➡️I’ve been going back and forth with listening to The Wolves of Calla, the 5th book of Stephen King’s Dark Tower series, and The Talisman, a book written by both King and Peter Straub.

I’m also still reading Daughter of Fire by Sofia Robleda. It’s such a good book but I’m an incredibly slow reader these days! It’s historical fiction set in the aftermath of the Spanish invasion of South America.

What I’m Watching

I watched the season finale of The Rings of Power series (Prime), a prequel to the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings books and movies. I didn’t realize it was the season finale and was completely unprepared! It was just wonderful and I really don’t want to wait another year for season 3 to come out!

I also have Prime trials to give out, specifically a 6-month trial for students, details under the “Free Stuff” heading 🙂

I finished watching Bad Monkey with Vince Vaughn (Apple TV) and It was great! I was also unprepared for it to be the last episode of the season but was slightly less emotionally invested in this one lol.

Somehow I accidentally started a series called Witches of East End (Hulu). I was looking for a mindless movie and didn’t realize this one was a series. It’s good though, very much like a soap opera with magic 🙂

What I’m Listening To

I’m going to leave this one right here because I’m still obsessed lol

Music is life! I listen to a variety of music from Taylor Swift to heavy metal and rap. Currently, I’m listening to a lot of “hoe rap” lol but the one song I have on replay right now is Little Girl Gone by Chinchilla. YouTube threw this one at me a couple of weeks ago and I just can’t stop listening to it! I never heard of her before but she’s amazing and it’s such a powerful song!
