Don’t let that scare you though! Mercury retrograde is a great opportunity to reassess and revise while lunar eclipses bring your emotions and subconscious patterns to light. Sounds like a transformative combination to me!

Pile 1 – Citrine

This feels so much like spring fever! For those of you with bipolar disorder or similar challenges, this may indicate that you are entering the manic phase of your cycle. Of course, the full moon and eclipse energy only amp things up. Either way, this is a high and happy energy but requires a little grounding and discernment.

It’s never a good idea to make decisions when emotions are high, even when those emotions are perceived as good. It’s too easy to go all in on something only to find out later that it wasn’t what you thought it was when you come down from this emotional high. Be selective and let yourself “sleep on” any big decisions.

Do a lot of extra grounding exercises and give this energy an outlet so it doesn’t cause mischief! Create just for the sake of creating and get outside to enjoy the fresh air. This is also a good time to do a brain dump!
