Just Keep Swimming! A Message From the Universe
Tarot-based guidance for the week ahead or whenever you happen to see this 🙂

Today’s Message From the Universe encourages you to just keep swimming!
While allowing ourselves to flow is the ideal state of being, there are times when we must push through the pain or exhaustion. However, it is possible to find some flow in the midst of that push. The trick is to still keep your well-being as a top priority.
You may have difficult things that need you to keep pushing, or you may even be feeling somewhat hopeless in a difficult situation. This is your reminder that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will not need to push so hard for too long, and your difficult situation will not remain unchanged.
Change is the only constant in life, and your current situation is not an exception to this rule!
You are being reminded to make the best of it by taking good care of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
If you’re pushing through pain and/or exhaustion…
This is an excellent time to learn to manage your time and energy by creating a “budget” like you would with your finances. Pay attention to your energy levels throughout the day. When do you seem to have the most energy, and when does your energy seem lowest? What drains you and what bolsters you?
Now look at what needs doing throughout your day and write it all down. Eliminate unnecessary tasks and highlight your priorities. You might rate your priorities or just pick one or two and put the rest on the “back burner.” Try to avoid jumping between tasks, making it your goal to finish one thing before you start the next.
If you have difficulties with focus, this budget and prioritizing will be especially helpful!
Keep a notepad handy while you’re focusing on whatever so you can write down distracting thoughts and ideas as necessary, then get right back to what you’re focusing on. Save your scrolling and whatnot for when the difficult stuff is finished, and just keep redirecting your focus when you catch yourself wandering.
Say no to pushy friends or family members who don’t know or understand what you’ve got on your plate right now. Get as much sleep as possible and remember that sometimes just lying down for 20 minutes can be just as, if not more, rejuvenating than a nap. You may even find that a night out with friends or a weekend bingeing on your favorite series is needed.
Sometimes your brain needs a break, and once you give yourself this break, you will feel much better when you return to the task at hand.
If you’re feeling like your current situation is neverending…
I would like to remind you, again, that everything is temporary. Keep working on your “out” but find as many ways as possible to bring a little fun and hope into every day. Make the best of what you are given and count your blessings – not to minimize your struggle, but to help you remember that there is more than this struggle and to build upon those blessings.
Sometimes the transition from struggle to ease is a steady flow of little things that make your difficulties decrease day by day.
However you may be dancing with this energy…
Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint! You will do much better if you pace yourself instead of exhausting yourself right away. I know, easier said than done, but this is why you need to be intentional about it. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, but pay attention to where you’re placing your foot 😉
