Today鈥檚 Message From the Universe is all about new beginnings, the period of difficulty that precedes and accompanies them, and a reminder of how important it is to manage your energy and mindset.
What鈥檚 Blossoming?
OK, it鈥檚 not blossoming yet. You鈥檙e working on it now, planting seeds, if you will. I鈥檓 feeling like you鈥檒l start to see some happy little sprouts around the beginning of the year and some fat blossoms a few months later. Time is relative to your situation, of course.
This might possibly be a refreshing or restructuring of established routines, a re-thinking of your business approach, a decision to change how you show up in your relationships, or even a complete change of identity. However, this energy shows up for you; it鈥檚 got big glow-up written all over it!
If you鈥檙e catching this around the time of publishing, there鈥檚 a new moon in a couple of days that will be an excellent opportunity for you to put a little extra oomph into this creation or re-creation.

Overwhelm and Exhaustion
Of course, your brain may be running a million miles a minute on all the changes that need to happen, all the things you want to create, or things you鈥檇 like to try. Maybe there are difficult decisions to make or even easy decisions that just feel way more difficult than you think they should be.
Even the simplest of things are hard when energy is low. There is a lot happening in your brain and behind the scenes that鈥檚 using up more energy than you think. Selecting your priority tasks and getting them done early is going to be extremely helpful now, as you may find yourself running out of energy a lot earlier than normal.
This energy is ripe for big-time burnout, so please listen to your body as much as you are able. It doesn鈥檛 matter why you鈥檙e so tired, or wired, or both. What matters is that you do what you can to honor your needs and take proper care of yourself.
No, you can鈥檛 always just stop when your body or mind wants you to, but I know for a fact you can prioritize your wellbeing more than you do – and so do you!
Doubt and Uncertainty
Can this work? Of course it can, if you commit to it. What happens if you don鈥檛 like it? Well, you鈥檙e allowed to change your mind. Life is short, but it is also long; you will change and pivot many times. Are you good enough? Of course you are!
Even if your skills are not quite there, your dedication, time, and practice will make them so – just like everyone who ever became great at anything! Even if it doesn鈥檛 seem to be quite right for you, it will likely lead you to a path that is.
Feeling like a big fat fraud? Imposter syndrome, anyone? I鈥檝e got news for you鈥e鈥檙e all just winging it! The more you know about anything, the more you realize how little you really know anything at all. We are all just figuring it out as we go along and doing our best to help each other while we鈥檙e at it.
Doubt and uncertainty are a natural part of life, especially when anything new looms on the horizon. Let those voices have their say, as they can help you prepare for possible challenges, just don鈥檛 let them run the show.
Work on letting the voices of hope, inspiration, and excitement become louder than the voices of fear and doubt. Seek them out on purpose, then build on them and dwell within them as often as possible! Let them be both your armor on difficult days as well as a fuel for your manifestations!
