Stepping into Stillness ~ A Message for Collective
Chances are, you’ve spent a lot of your recent time doing all the things and have not prioritized your need for stillness.
Of course, there’s a lot that needs to be done but you need to take a little time to ground yourself and plan your moves so you’re not forgetting things and making more work for yourself.
When you’re overly busy or stressed, details are overlooked and quality suffers. Stress hormones flood your body ensuring your physical self overrides your thinking. This is the stuff that creates sickness.
Make it a point each day to sit in silence and focus on your breath for a few minutes.
You might even go a step further and visualize yourself growing roots that reach deep into the earth while your crown and branches receive sunshine and love from above.
