A Message From the Universe
Today’s Message From the Universe reminds you to surrender what you can’t control.
Some things are just out of our control, and trying to force them will only push them further away or make them that much more difficult to deal with. “Let go and let God” is a great phrase to help regarding such things – regardless of your belief system.
We let go because we know something is out of our hands, accept it for what it is, and trust that we will be just fine no matter the outcome.
As you intentionally surrender that which you have no control over, you can then focus so much better on the things that you can control. Being able to focus on other things will not only be a great help in curbing your worry, it might just create an easier path towards that which is out of your control.
Remember, too, that you have control over how you respond to any person or situation.
I know that this is all easier said than done, but that’s why your intentionality is so important here. Keep reminding yourself that this is out of your control and keep redirecting your focus. Remember that the wheel of life is always turning – everything is temporary, even the most awful of things.
For those of you who aren’t sure what is or isn’t out of your control, a brain dump will be extremely helpful here. Empty all those confusing and conflicting thoughts onto paper. Ask yourself about your level of control over each item and break the big things down into actionable steps.
However this energy shows up in your life, remember that you are capable of not only dealing with whatever comes your way – you will know how best to move through it when it lands on your doorstep.
