They say that love makes the world go ‘round and why not? We humans are not, by nature, solitary creatures. In a time when we can so easily connect with people around the globe, loneliness and a lack of true connection is epidemic. Below are some witchy tips for helping you to manifest love in your life.
Be careful what you wish for.
I once tried to manifest love into my life and got exactly what I wished for BUT I forgot to ask for someone who was faithful and healthy. I have since learned to keep it simple. I would now ask for a healthy, fun, and mutual love.
Don’t forget about the most important love.
The love you have for yourself directly affects the quality of relationships in your life. Loving yourself does not mean you think you’re not flawed. We’re all flawed and you love who you love regardless of their flaws so work on trying to do the same for yourself.
Treat yourself the way you would treat someone you love and view every decision through the lens of whether or not it contributes to your peace and well-being. Set boundaries for how you allow others to treat you and enforce them fiercely!
A few helpful starter tips
- Cultivate your environment.
Even if you only have a small or even temporary space to work in, set the mood with anything that will aid you in achieving the feeling you want. Try to appeal to your five physical senses by using things like lighting, music, and aromatherapy. - Kickstart any ritual with an intentional bath or shower.
Visualize yourself cleansing your energy as you cleanse your body and watch the stagnant or difficult energy go down the drain. - Feel it!
Make yourself really feel what you will feel when this manifestation comes in and DO NOT focus on what you don’t have! Use music to evoke this feeling and a vision board to help you visualize your wish or goal. You can sing, draw, paint, or even stitch your intention into something like a crochet project. The sky is the limit with this one!
