Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to get some rest!
These past couple of weeks may have been pretty busy for you, whether you’ve been out in the world, creating like mad, or preparing for something big. In general, this has been a healthy sort of madness but we need to take time out even from the good stuff.
If your creative brain is turned all the way up, help it chill a bit by keeping a notepad by you at all times and/or make your notetaking apps one of the first things you see when you open your phone. I take my notes on paper then digitally log and categorize them about once a month.
Take as much time as you can this weekend to show yourself a whole lotta love and make it a goal to do as much nothing as possible! Whatever you’re working on will be just fine if you let it breathe for a few days. As a matter of fact, it will be even better when you come back to it refreshed instead of strung out.
