A Message from the Universe ~ A Period of Rest
Today’s Message from the Universe indicates that this is a period of rest for you.
Our energy cycles are just like everything else, so try to identify and flow with those cycles. I used to think I was going to be exhausted for literally my entire life. I’m in my mid 40’s right now and only recently realized that I just needed to be healthy and sleep as much as my body wanted.
Once I decided to flow with those cycles, there was a period of really odd sleep times for awhile, but before long, I began to wake up at “normal” times with actual energy.
You can dig into the realms of spirit all you want but you still live in this physical realm and need to take care of your physical body and tired mind. All those voices in your brain that tell you’re lazy or useless or remind you that idle hands are the devil’s work, see them for the unhealthy lies and impossible expectations that they are.
You’re not a machine, you are a person who needs to take care of yourself if you want to be able to give your tasks and loved ones the energy they require.
