This advice doesn’t stop at small items either. You could even be holding space for a relationship that belongs in the past or holding on to a home that no longer suits your needs. Maybe your tech or transportation is in dire need of an upgrade.

You know what needs to go so break out a box for donations, call a realtor, or remove that number from your phone. It’s time to get this energy moving!
