You might be having a hard time maintaining your momentum, especially if what you’re working toward seems far away. You might have seen signs of your progress that seemed to disappear or move farther out of reach.
Now, maintaining your momentum does not mean burning yourself out. It does, however, require your focused effort and belief that you’re not just wasting your time.
Work hard and make necessary sacrifices, but make sure that rest and self-care are high on your priority list as well. You do everything better when you’re not running on empty. Belief is even harder to come by when you’re not taking care of yourself and you need to believe that what you’re working so hard for is actually available to you.
