Today’s Message from the Universe reminds us that there is no light without darkness.

There is a tendency in spiritual communities to try to be and see only the light. But there is such a thing as toxic positivity which is achieved by trying to ignore the difficult things in our lives and all around us.

Ignoring the hard stuff only gives it room to grow while preventing the new and better things that are waiting to take its place.

My friends, we are miracles born in blood and pain. Make friends with your shadow and don’t ignore the difficulties in the world around you. They must be acknowledged in order to find solutions or adapt.
