Today’s Message from the Universe invites you to stop and smell the roses.

It’s possible that you may have been feeling like there’s not enough of you to do all that needs doing. You might even be thinking of giving up on something close to your heart or you may just be starting to feel a little burned out.

We can become quite immersed in all the things we have and want to do but today is a day for just being.
Take a few minutes to step back and look at the big picture. Look at where you started and where you are. seek out all the little bits of progress and “Tiny Triumphs” and write them all down. You’ve come a long way and this will help your brain to recognize that fact.

Now that you’ve helped to ease your mind about your progress, get yourself outside, to trees and/or water if possible.

Sit down, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Feel the sun warm your face and the wind kiss your skin with both calm and invigoration. Feel the grass or sand sift through your fingers and let Mother Nature remind you that, not only are you amidst endless miracles, you are a miracle!

You can adjust any of the details that don’t suit you. The most important part of this exercise is to feel your heart space expand and sing.

Doing this will not only affect you now, but you will carry it with you for the week to come. Hopefully, you will continue to come back to this place of peace as often as possible, ensuring that your state of mind and heart have a much better baseline than before 💙
