Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to examine the ways in which you are dealing with your intense emotions.
Of course, these things are always easier said than done but that’s why we build coping mechanisms and learn about the tools that help us to manage our extremes. The “Bushfires” card speaks mainly of fury while the “Dark Matter” card beneath speaks to our relationship with the things we do not know.
There is so much that we do not and may not ever know and that’s ok! You might be feeling frustrated with your inability to affect or understand some pretty big factors in your life right now and are in need of a little perspective. While you are unable to control the big things at this time, you do have the ability to affect and control some of the “little” details such as your reaction and preparation for the next chapter. It’s imperative at this time that you do not stuff your anger and frustration down or try to ignore it. A controlled burn helps to avoid bigger disasters.
Break out your journal, talk to a friend or therapist, hit the gym, take a walk, or a nice hot shower. Do whatever it is that helps you blow off a little steam before you say or do something you might regret. Even if you think someone deserves your fury, you do not deserve to lower yourself to their level. Vibe high and give that which you cannot control to the universe or your higher power while you work on some of the other things you might have been ignoring.
As always, I highly recommend getting your thoughts down on paper, it really helps your brain to release the things that seem to overtake your thoughts and feelings. Do not make decisions when your emotions are running high and remember that everything is temporary, including your current circumstances.
