With all the changes you’ve been going through, it might be easy to feel like you are somehow less than who you were or who you want to be. This is your reminder that you are whole, no matter what your status or how you’re shifting. There is no time in which you are incomplete even if it might feel that way sometimes. You are just who you are meant to be at this moment in time.
Take a little time today to feel the peace and love that come directly from our Mother Earth. Pull it all in, feel it as a part of you, and exhale with gratitude. Note that all things in nature have their cycles of growth and rest. You also have these cycles, pay attention to them.
