Today’s Message From the Universe reminds you that inner beauty creates outer beauty!

Have you ever met someone who you initially found unattractive but they grew on you? The more time you spent with them, the more attractive they became. How about someone who is all the things our society deems unattractive yet they are so full of life that you cannot think them anything other than beautiful? This is the feeling today’s message gives me.

What you look like on the outside matters so much less than you think!

Of course, physical beauty can be helpful with first impressions and all that but it can create problems as well. Someone who desires you for what you look like or what they think you have may not vibe with who you truly are.

Who you are has a profound effect on how others see you in a physical way. How you perceive yourself affects how you carry yourself and connect with others.

The problem is social conditioning and media that feed on our fears and insecurities.

We do everything we can to make ourselves try to fit an impossible standard and we dread aging – forgetting all the wonderful things that come with wrinkles and gray hair. Age brings experience and wisdom, a freedom from so many of the things our younger selves struggled with. Accepting and loving yourself for what you are is an act of rebellion.

It’s also important to remember that what is beautiful to one person may be ugly to the next.

You can be the sweetest, juiciest peach on the planet but there are many who just don’t like peaches! They are not your people and their rejection of you has very little to do with you – they just prefer a different flavor.

Give yourself a little boost!

Break out a pen and paper then write down everything you like about yourself, both inside and out. Now, go ask a few people who love you what their favorite things about you are and add them to the list. Keep this list where you can see it every day and make sure you take a good look at it when you’re feeling less-than.

Focus on these amazing pieces of you and expand them. You are so much more beautiful than you know!!
