A Message from the Universe – Time to Go

A cycle in your life is ending.

Whether it’s a job, relationship, or a way of thinking, it’s important now to review what you’ve learned from that cycle and think about what you’d like to do with that part of your life going forward.

Though you may be upset by the closing of this cycle, chances are you know it no longer serves you. Change can be painful and confusing but it helps greatly to look forward to the good things coming your way. Turn your anxiety into excitement and grief into hope.

Tomorrow is a full moon so if you’re struggling with letting go this is the perfect time to write it down on a piece of paper and burn it. Allow the wind to carry it away from you and into the hands of the universe. Now break out your notebook and write down what you’d like to bring into your life. Don’t skimp, let the sky be the limit, then write down the ways you can make it happen. I find it helpful to make some kind of vision board as well, something you look at every day that helps to keep your eye on the prize.

I write out my goals and steps like this at least once a year and update it as things change. I can’t tell you how awesome it is to find your list from last year and seeing just how much you’re able to check off. This is a great way to really see and acknowledge how far you’ve come, especially when you’re feeling stuck.
