Today’s Message From the Universe reminds you that this is a time for a break!
Whether you’re celebrating the holidays that occur this month or not, it’s time to take a little breather. You may be experiencing burnout or you might just need a little break in order to get back to work with a fresh mind and, for some of you, an attitude adjustment.
This is a time to go with the flow and pay attention to your emotional needs.
If you’re celebrating the holidays then make sure you anticipate your need for downtime before throwing yourself back into work. If the holidays are a difficult time for you, remember to anticipate that as well so you can give yourself a little extra love and make time to feel what needs feeling so it doesn’t catch you off guard.
I am also feeling a need to not jump right back into the same old work when you are ready to get back.
There is an indication that adjusting your workflow or working on a pet project will be fortuitous for you. Don’t let the pressure to “catch up” cause to to continue to put off important changes. Adding the new stuff to the mix now will be much easier than if you keep putting it off. It may be helpful to do a little reprioritizing and/or ask for assistance.
All that being said…
Make sure you pay special attention to how you manage your energy because even the fun stuff can leave us drained. I wish you a wonderful season filled with all the things that fill your cup đź’™
