Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that the truth is not only hard to hear sometimes, it can often be difficult to speak or even think.
Some of you have been putting off an important conversation concerning your needs and boundaries. This may come in the form of a confession for some but underneath it all, this is a conversation about the needs and desires of all involved parties. You can’t have a good relationship with yourself or anybody else if such important things are ignored.
For most of us, including those who resonate with what I’ve written above, this is about being truthful with ourselves.
Are you putting too much effort into something that’s not right for you because you think it’s what you should be doing? Maybe you are staying in a bad situation because you want it to become a good one, not wanting to believe the truth that is right in front of you. It’s also possible that you are not being honest with yourself regarding your own strengths, limitations, needs, and desires.
Here’s the deal though, acknowledging and accepting the truth is the first step in creating a life where happiness, contentment, and fulfillment is the rule rather than the exception. If you’re ignoring your needs and desires, you will always be seeking them in the wrong places. If you are ignoring your limitations, you don’t get the opportunity to work with or around them, causing you to perpetually feel like you’re not good enough.
Whether this is a conversation with yourself or someone else, grounding yourself and writing things out will be immensely helpful in preparing you for this process. Having these conversations when your emotions are high can be counterproductive so I will include a link below to help you ground yourself.
